Mobile CRM on Demand includes the following sections:
Accounts - database that stores a complete set of information about accounts. Ability to show the list of companies in the form of a hierarchical tree to reflect relations between parent and daughter companies (branches). An unlimited number of customizable properties can be stored.
Contacts - database with a complete set of information on contacts. A unique possibility to store an unlimited number of addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and properties customizable by the user. Synchronization of contacts with Pocket Outlook.
Calendar - use calendar to navigate through the actions for the contacts and accounts.
Actions - recording and storage of activity records, such as phone calls, meetings, etc. associated with contacts and companies.
Products - database where the list of products and services is kept; a unique option to add an unlimited number of customizable properties.
Sales - database, which stores both open and closed deals, associated with contacts and companies; a unique option to add an unlimited number of features changeable by the user that opens the opportunity to save maximum of information. Is one of the first products on the market, which shows the sales funnel on the Pocket PC.
